SISP (Swedish Incubators & Science Parks) is developing the world’s most efficient innovation ecosystem
SISP (Swedish Incubators & Science Parks) is developing the world’s most efficient innovation ecosystem. At Nordic Food Industry, SISP and Ignite Sweden, which is part of SISP, will boost the level of innovation in the food industry through various programme items.
– We will give a picture of the challenges that exist in the food chain with regard to innovation and we will also present a solution. We need to use and connect the regional resources that exist in Sweden at the national level. We are working for more internationally competitive innovations to emerge and grow in the food chain. At Nordic Food Industry we will also present some exciting case studies with startups. I hope that visitors will realise that we actually have a well-developed infrastructure throughout the country that contributes to lots of exciting innovations, but also that it can be further developed, Kristian Wirsén says.
– The food industry could benefit greatly from working with more startups. At Nordic Food Industry, I will present Ignite Sweden and how we work to enable collaborations between startups and large companies. I will also talk about a completed pre-study on creating a challenge-driven sprint for the food system in Sweden where Ignite Sweden, in collaboration with several supporting actors, brings together startups, large companies, investors and researchers, says Linus Arnold.
