The package includes: Stand construction, white walls in wood*, rope lighting for optimal stand illumination, information desk with lockable storage, stand table and 3 bar stools, graphite grey carpet, 240V 10A power socket. * Wall can be supplemented with a full banner wall covering to enhance your message and branding.

This includes: • Exposure at www.nordicfoodindustry.se with logo/branding, own company presentation and part of the fair’s official product and brand register. • Exposure of your company name and/or logo in all marketing and communication materials that communicates the participating exhibitors. • Exposure in the fair's official invitation to prospective visitors. • Customer invitation with a link to order admission tickets to the event and associated tools for follow-up. • Platform for publishing your news and press material. • Scanning function for easy and efficient follow-up of your customer leads and contacts. EXPO-start is mandatory, SEK 7 500. Invoiced upon confirmation.

The co-exhibitor fee is SEK 8 500. Co-exhibitors receive the same exposure and information as the main exhibitor.

A fee of SEK 10,000 applies to exhibitor stands exceeding 2.5m height.

EXPO-start is invoiced upon confirmation. 20% of the space rental is invoiced and due for payment 6 months before the fair opens. The remaining space rental is due for payment 2 months before the fair. 14 days before the fair’s opening, other technology and services fall due for payment. The invoice is sent out 30 days before the due date. If payment is made after the due date, late payment interest will be added at 2% per month. VAT is added to all prices.

Personal information that you submit in the application/expression of interest/agreement within the framework of a customer/contractual relationship is handled by the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre, Gothia Towers and companies with which the Group cooperates for the administration and fulfilment of agreements that have been entered into. Personal data also forms the basis for, among other things, market and customer analyses, business and methodological developments as well as statistics.
